Honest to God sat in the drive through line on a Sunday night for an hour and 15 min with only 8 cars in front of me. Not to... shame anyone but its not rocket science to do short orders. The manager of this establishment should take some pride in owninga business and hire some employees that actually care about working hard. This place has gone down hill so fast. Its ashame. Whats even more shameful is the automated response from the said owner, that doesn't save face and from reading otherreviews you never seem to follow through. I give up on this sonic location, they had no ice cream at 9 pm the other day, today the booth's we're closed at 8 pm... it's... embarrassing... August 4 i decided to give Sonic in Wallingford another chance after 3 fails, waited 30 minutes in line and theymessed up on the order,i have up waiting and left.. It's absolutely horrible place to eat...since last year it went downhill, iused to come 2/3 for shakes with friends, never again....this place is destroying Sonic reputation. Read more
Sat in line for like 30 minutes during happy hour, wanted two route 44 slushes. Finally make it to order, and they tell us the... slushy machine is a little watery..fine whatever we committed to this it's only a few bucks...they didn't hear our order andtried to give us mediums, and then we literally just got super sugary juice in a cup with no ice/slush. I have never met a hot dog I didn?t like (and I?ve had plenty), until tonight. I went to this Sonic because LOCATION. I?ve had... bad luck with their hamburgers, which is why I ordered the dog at all. It mostly had no flavor except for a weird aftertaste. Italmost tasted like it had artificial sweetener or something. But yuck. The food wasn?t good, but at least it was slow ? almost20 minutes for a hot dog. I guess I need to learn to never again be tempted by its convenience. It?s just not worth it. Read more
Worst meal ever. We never get fast food, but it was a busy night for us. NEVER AGAIN. Almost 40 bucks for inedible garbage.... Kids got milkshakes, they threw them out the window so fast I dropped them all over me and my car. Another 40 bucks drycleaning and 25 to clean the car. Food was so bad, reheated stuff from earlier in the day that had a bad taste. Had to cookdinner when we got home. Even contacted Sonic and they didn't have the courtesy to even say sorry. Read more
This Sonic used to be okay, not anymore. Quality has gone way, way down. They don't have half the menu items or ingredients... available. What you do get is not worth anywhere near what they charge you. I paid $12 for a chicken sandwich combo, mozzarellasticks and a cranberry lemonade slush. The chili looks like it was fresh in 1995. The mozzarella sticks are pretty good butthat's about it. Their fries are dry and stale tasting. I suggest you try anywhere else if looking for a hot dog, burger orfresh anything. Read more
Burgers are overpriced, but very good. The fries were also overpriced, but terrible ... cold and hard. Online ordering via the... app was easy, although they don't show you the price of the item until it's added to your order cart, which is dumb. And as fortheir "two for five" specials ... the app allowed me to add them to my order but when I went to check out it said they were notavailable at this location. Real nice. Not in a hurry to go back, but not completely out of the question. Read more
