Wish I can give this place ZERO stars..rude employees and rude management. I was working for doordash tonight I had an order... come in about 9pm I had an employee slam and lock the lobby door in my face WITH customers still inside eating. A little lateron around 10:35 pm I got another order from doordash for Taco Bell i arrived at 10:40 pm just to wait in the drive thru line for20 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker box they told me they were closed and refused to give me my already paid customersorder. I approached the window and asked to speak with a manager (who was very rude) just to be told that "I won't stay openlater just for 'those' customers." In my opinion they need more training in common courtesy and customer service. Also if theywant to refuse customers money they should not be working in food service retail. Read more
My favorite restaurant! I liked the chalupas and the quesadilla with extra jalapeno sauce. 10/10 recommend for a date night.... Even good at 2 am. I miss the Chihuahua but that's okay their food makes up for it. Read more
I ordered inside on kiosk. No problem there but besides a long wait about 10 minutes the guy who was putting orders had a don?t... care attitude and did not give trays for inside dining. They were super busy today and got our order out in less than ten minutes. I was super impressed. They acknowledged me the... moment I walked in and made sure I knew I would have my order taken. Whole staff was on point with smiles and that just made mefeel super welcomed. I don't normally write reviews for fast food but I was just really impressed by this crew Read more
Stood there at the order kiosk ordering a breakfast burrito, after looking over the many choices, and finally found what I... really wanted, only to be told, they were out of eggs and none of the breakfast menu was available. Maybe black out thoseitems on the kiosk, or have a sign or something, so I don't waste ten minutes picking out what's not even there? Read more
In the mornings the food is not usually made as good as in the evenings. Everything is just thrown in lumps in the burritos. If... you go through the drive thru, service is super slow. It is better if you order ahead with the app. Read more
Went there at almost 10pm on Sunday but not many cars. I told to Please wait. 15 Mins later still waiting in the Drive thru. I... asked for 1 crunchy taco, 2 spicy soft potatoes, 2 soft tacos... Then told me no more lettuce..asked me if i still want myorders. I said Yes. Then she said one crunchy taco only? I said yes. Then she said your total is 1.95. I said i still want myother orders. So i repeat again. After receive my order I open my taco bag After getting home. 1 Chzy bean rice burr and missing2 spicy soft tacos. And one soft taco looks like soft spring roll.
