I was traveling and stopped at this wendys at night and ordered the new chicken parm chicken sandwich. I got home and opened up... the sandwich and it was just two chicken patties in a bun. How is this chicken parm???? I can't even go back there because Idon't live close to there. I just don't get how you can get a chicken parm sandwich wrong. At least my chili is good. Went in to order and stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Workers looked right at me and did not address me. There was one car at... the drive thru. The workers were swearing and mocking the person ordering, very loudly. The customer at the drive thru came andwent and I still stood there waiting to order and was never acknowledged. They continued their mocking and complaining about thecustomer and, even though there was no one else in the drive thru or anyone else in the dining room, no one ever came to take myorder. I waited for 30 mins for food the last time I went through the drive through, with no one ahead of me. The staff was rude, my... food was cold... I went back twice after my first bad experience to try and give them the benefit of the doubt but it got worseevery time. A lot of yelling/REALLY poor management (if you can even call it that). I was very polite the whole time, as Ihaven't been in a rush to get anywhere the times I went (all times were in the late evening). I still had an employee basicallythrow my food through my window after I waited so long. Now I know why the McDonald's up the street is always packed... Read more
It's Wendy's. You probably know if you like Wendy's food or not - typical fast food fare. When I stopped they weren't allowing... people inside (drive through only) even though it was early on a Friday night. Read more
I ordered online through the app for an in-restaurant pick up because I know drive thru can be super busy. App confirmed they... are open for pick up in the restaurant. When I arrived all the doors were locked without any signs. I call them and theemployee says they are only open for drive thru which had an enormous line. I ask if I can just come in and grab my order fromthe counter and the employee hung up on me. I had to wait 20 minutes in line and basically wasted all of my lunch break. Iwould not recommend this location. Super poor fast food experience and that?s saying something? Read more

Wallingford wendy's is a joke... drive through was busy so we decided to go inside. We waited in line at register for 12mins... and not one employee acknowledged us. So i asked if someone was going to take our order and the young girl answered rudely weare under staffed!! with her back to us. Now we wait another 3mins until management comes over unprofessionally takes our neveronce got a apology. Meanwhile there were 3 other parties in line behind us. This isnt the 1st time this happened.
