I needed to buy a birthday cake at the last minute and this Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts was the only location in the area with... a cake for purchase and a variety. Thanks to the friendly staff for making my day. Read more

This DD is in Wallington NJ It was revamped... this is one of the better DD places I have went to.. better doughnut selection..... friendly staff... the lady that runs the place is very nice Some other DD rude owners.. Read more

They have to work on the execution of the drink orders. It's always a toss-up whether your drink is going to be made correctly... or not The espresso and the coffee is good, it's never burnt or bitter, it is just you never know if you are going to get whatyou ordered.. also, the staff needs to be more acquainted with the seasonal and promotional drinks. It seems like they neverknow how to make it correctly or what goes in it. And I am not sure if it is because of a shortage of ingredients or latedeliveries of the ingredients, but this particular location always seem to run out of the seasonal drink items before anyoneelse does and it's always weeks before the promotion ends. This isn't the first time this DD has made mistakes, which is okay; we make them. But, the customer service after the mistake is... getting to be ridiculous. I had a mobile order with avocado toast and bacon, which I didn't realize the bacon wasn't added untilI reached home. I brought it back and requested a new one because it has been some time. The manager Paula was rude about thetransaction like it was my fault I paid for bacon, didn't get it, and still wanted it. Demanding to give it back so they canjust add cold bacon to the toast because they are "busy" is really rude. Read more

I give it a 1 because It doesn't give the option of a zero. This review is only for the morning shift with the platinum haired... manager who is extremely rude and trains her employees to act the same. I've sent my husband with written instructions of theorder and they still manage to send the order incorrectly. If you call to complain to the manager she gives an attitude anddoesn't fix the issue. They should learn how to be more courteous the their regular clients and not be so rude. Read more
