I have enjoyed my experience at this location.. What stands out to me personally is the attention from this one specific... employee which I believe is the manager. Unfortunately I do not know her name but she really values providing excellent customerservice and places maximum effort into giving the attention the customers need. Anything you get from other Dunkin donuts youwill get here but it really makes a difference to hold customers value. Read more
This is the best Dunkin I have ever been to, their customer service is exceptional! There is an amazing barista who?s name I... sadly forget but she is so sweet and always goes out of her way to make sure your order is correct and your day is made! Read more
I'm sorry to say but the ladies that make the drinks here do not know what they're doing. Hire new people because she doesn't... even know how to make a vanilla chai. it tasted like watered down sugar . Not even close to what i ordered. Someone needs to befired. Read more

Really disappointed with this location. Used to be my go to spot for years! Stopped in yesterday to grab a decaf iced coffee... and was told they don?t make it - which was shocking, as I typically always order it that way at this location. The workersstated that they don?t make it to only have two people order it. I informed them that I have a heart condition and can?t consumecaffeine. No one seamed to care or offer to make decaf. Such a shame to lose a customer over something something they should beselling. Read more
