Good food, usually nice staff
Ordered one of the most basic of breakfast staples...and was given a total dud. A plain bagel with cream cheese, simple right. I... received an undercooked bagel toasted with a hot cream cheese goo that was covering the entire inner and outer of the bagel.Inedible..plain and simple. Employees need to be trained in customer service skills of which they have none....stay far awayfrom this establishment. Panera please teach this crew. Read more
