From someone who worked here for merely 4 years and enjoyed a great majority of it, i can tell you most of these bad reviews are... very personal, food was and is always freshly prepared in the morning, recipe book in hand. The reviews labeling staff asstingy, can be misleading considering they do follow a portion system, if you want more just ask. Prices are marked up becauseit is a thruway hot shop and as we know everything is more expensive on the thruway. Read more
