Worst service ever... Went with my family to eat at 10:30 am (the sign and Google said open at 10am) I knocked on the window... multiple times only to be ignored by the staff after they looked me in my eye. Captive customers... We already paid, so they make us wait... Wait time was long because the employee packing the orders only... took care of the customers with an order number to call out. Any mobile or online order she would pack, but would not call outour names or make eye contact with us to ask what order we are waiting for. Earlier, I gave my name to another employee, andthe response was that they were still prepping my order. Wow, and my order that was packed was sitting next to other mobile oronline orders for a while before they decided to give me my order. So I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my mobile order. Iwatched several customers order and received their orders quickly. One of them ordered the same item I ordered and walked outbefore me. Read more

This store legendary... I moved here from Utah three years ago and I went to this location and it took about 20 minutes even... though I was the only car... I mentioned it to my coworkers. (I work in a nearby warehouse with over 50 employees) A group ofabout 5 employees all went off about how slow they are and how it is so mismanaged. Since living here I'd say whenever food inthe area is brought up everyone mentions that this place is terrible. The funny thing is everyone says, "We love El Pollo Loco,but don't go to that one, it is the worst" It has been a well known fact in the area for quite a long time, a least for the pastthree years since I've been here, but probably beyond. Well today it came up again and my curiosity was peaked. I had only evertried the drive through... I knew I had an hour for lunch and I wanted to go see who is working inside and see why it is so bad.My plan was to just order food, then watch and listen to what they are doing differently. Well I parked and I walked up to thedoor closest to the parking lot. It was locked... Okay, so I walked around to the other door on the west side. It was alsolocked. I peaked in through the window and saw the workers working and someone was sitting down. They looked like they were onbreak. I walked back over to the first door and knocked. Nobody moved including the girl that was on break. I pulled out myphone. I figured I want to record these people ignoring me so I can post it online. Eventually someone noticed I had my phone agirl walked up... She was pointing to her hand and then pointing to my phone... It was confusing... She didn't say anything. Shealso notably didn't let me in (This was at 12:30pm on a Thursday) I just said through the door... Can you hear me? She finallyresponded, "Are you here to pick up a mobile order?" We ordered 16 pcs of chicken, but they didn't give the full 16. In addition, each of the toppings/ sides for the tortillas had... to be asked for, and they even didn't give the full amount we requested either. We've been to other locations and they gave usmore. Horrible experience the employees are rude. We ordered salads and they didn't tell us they did not have any dressing for them.... So when we got them and I asked for some they said they didn't have any. I asked why didn't they tell us when we said we wanteda salad instead of telling us AFTER we got them. If that was not bad enough the chicken in the salad was burnt. We will nevercome back to this location. Read more

waited 45 minutes after ordering my food from this place only to find out that they are closed even though it states they are... open until 10PM on saturdays. It is 8:00PM. Never coming back. Read more

On my way home from work Went through drive through and litterley was waiting to get to the ordering panel 15 minutes then... another 15 minutes to get to the window to pay for my order. When I ordered the family feast for $23. 95 she asked how manypieces dang don?t they know how many pieces are on the family feast meal for 23 . 95 they have plastered on their menu board .Worst experience ever. I was starved for some Polo Loco...so I drove a few miles more to my favorite. It was so worth it! 5?'s across the... board...Taste...Value ($20 for 12 pieces, 3 large sides...salsa and tortillas) ...and Service, I couldn't bring up my coupon butthey honored it anyway! In extremly trying times as these...I really needed some satisfaction...and I got it! Great leftoversfor lunch today too... This is my #1 Polo Loco location!
