Don't waste your time; spend your money where people are happy. You come where they work. No one greeted me because all three... ladies were looking at their phones. From the time I entered until I walked up to the register, finally, someone looked up, andI was instructed to go around the corner and see the menu. While ordering my pizza, the maker appeared annoyed that I wasrequesting more broccoli. She took one piece of broccoli and spent 30 seconds breaking it into tiny pieces; after she completedthe first piece of broccoli, I asked her to add more. This is how she proceeded in adding each item. I was baffled andfrustrated because I had never experienced this type of service at a pieology. I loved going to pieology. I have visitedPieology near Antioch, CA, and Walnut Creek, Ca. Never have I ever been treated like these three ladies treated me. No smiles orexcitement in there voices, no interaction with the customers. The mood was as if I was in a funeral home and everyone should bequiet. I asked for a dipping sauce and the lady responded(Erica the manager) those are the only ones we have. I wondered if youstill have others. She said no, that's all we have since I and (pointing to Alex) have been here. However, I can't remember thename of the dipping sauce I used to get. It was brown, and it was back around 2018. However, the ladies were not friendly andcould have stated, "maybe it is an older dipping sauce" that we no longer carry. Still, instead, they came across asunconcerned, and that's all we have. I asked for the names of the three ladies, I can't remember the name of the person who mademy pizza, but I do remember Erica and Alex. When she closed the box and handed it to me, I could see she didn't care because thebox wasn't closed properly with care. I went outside and looked at the pizza, which was a mess. Can't go wrong with make it your own pizza. Base pizza is like 10.95 for any amount of topping. The only complain I have is that... asking for extra sauce on the side would cost more after the first request. That's strange since they technically give unlimitedmeat, which is far more expensive than sauce. Read more
We dropped by this Pieology on our way out of town. The pizza was filling but the experience wasn?t the most pleasant when... ordering. We came in on 4/16/22 at around 6:45pm. There was a worker who was wearing a multicolor mask. It was a bit of abummer to see how she put the ingredients in our pizza. She didn?t space them out very well. Often she would just kind of plopthem in the middle of the pizza. The way she was making them made it look like she really didn?t want to be there. There was nolove being put into our pies. Maybe she needs some sprinkle/ topping spread training? as ridiculous as that sounds. She alsokept asking if ?that was all? pretty much before you could fully get out the last thing you were saying. Somehow? After thebake, the pizzas looked pretty good. The ingredients seem to have evened out a bit. Maybe the baker man had enough olive for thetwo of them ????. Worst experience ever! Me and my wife got a pizza each, her pizza was good but the experience getting it was dreadful. The girl... taking our order had a attitude the whole time rushing us to get something already. And then my gluten free pizza was burnt, andthey had the nerve to tell me that the blackened crust was not burned, " that's how it is"... when it tasted like charcoal. Ifthey spent more time paying attention to the pizza and certain cooking times of each crust, instead of having fun conversationsat the front.... They at least agreed to remake it and gave me a expired free pizza card....it was the 4pm shift, definitely tobe avoided. Read more
The service was terrible; they were rude to us, rushing all the customers in line and just trying to process the queue as fast... as possible without really helping anyone. The pizza was ok, not burned but a bit undercooked. The topping was a bit clumped andnot really spread out. There was a slightly burned smell to the pizzas. The drink counter was a mess. Ice was not disposed of,and the specialty drinks were empty and tasted off. Over all I have had better customer service and better food at other places,so no, I would not be recommending this location to anyone at this time. Read more
We have been here several times and it was all good, but today the take-out experience was very disappointing. Both of our... pizzas have lots of burnt crum underneath. I suspect that the restaurant staff did not properly clean the grill or tray in theoven. I know their pizza isn?t usually like this so it completely ruined the taste. Our fingers and mouth were all black whileeating. Very unsatisfied with this experience and would like to talk to a manager. Read more
Nothing in the world is better than build your own pizza! They have a great selection of sauce, cheese, veggies and... meats. Pizzas come out of the oven perfect every time. The staff is very friendly and make the customers feel welcome. Don'tworry if there is a long line, it moves fast. Read more
I ordered for curbside pickup, parked and called the store, phone was busy, waited and called again nine times, still busy. I... wasn't dressed for going into the store, but was forced to. No one bothered to ask me why I was there, I waited near theregister. There was a worker filling ranch dressing up behind the register with her back towards me, I called out 'Excuse me'twice, no response, so I went around and repeated 'Excuse me' and told her that I had ordered curbside pickup and had calledthe store 9 times, she said nothing kept waddling about taking pizza out from the oven. I had to tell her that I was there formy pizza, she asked me for my name and took the pizza from the rack to hand it to me, I could tell that the pizza was cold andhad been sitting there for sometime. I asked for the managers name to be written down for me, which she did. I did not get hername but she was a bigger girl with two long braids, horrible attitude and zero customer service. The pizza was cold and YUCK!This is the second time I had bad experience at this store, the last time was when I found a piece of meat in my veggie pizza. Icalled again a couple of times after reaching home, around 940pm no one answers the phone. Read more
