I gave this store 3 stars only because they don't have drive thru. But the drinks are good and consistent with other Starbucks.... Was greeted by a friendly staff. There were 3 people seated inside with computers, a sign that things are returning to normal. Read more
No stars for food because I don't eat there. I do work there almost every day. Tables are 99% clean unless someone just left,... and a team member hasn't gone out at that second. I listen, the only complaints I've heard is a customer saying I wanted thathot or cold. And explain they didn't say that up front. Which they give a free one anyway make it over and apologize. The othercomplaints are when they're not made on a phone order or such, and the customer realizes they sent it to a different store.These people behind the counter are amazing when it gets so busy that I don't even understand how they can function.
