It?s was good except all the mayo. It was more mayo than anything else in the sandwich. I might as well been eating a mayo... sandwich. And yes I went through the drive through on my lunch because it was the closest thing open to my job after I also hadto wait almost 15 minutes on my 1 sandwich and 3 cookies and a small drink which cookies were hard anyway and did I also mentionI didn?t even get my receipt? I wasn?t even asked if I wanted it? I don?t think I?ll go back to this subway. First time badimpression. Read more
Granted me and another car showed up at 945pm on a Sunday but the two people that were working knew darn well they had... customers, one in the drive thru and the other knocking on the window. They pretended they didn?t see us or hear us. If theytell you otherwise, they?re lying to you and check your cameras. If your staff don?t want to work til 10pm, close earlier orfind others that will. When you?re on a long drive and you Google restaurants that are open, you expect them to be open. I canunderstand 955pm but 15minutes before closing for a cold sandwich is doable. Food was good. Customer service was horrid. We ordered food for our large family. The lady checking us out was on another... plane. I asked about switching applesauce for chips. She answered "I guess you can, I don't know". Then we asked how muchcookies were "they are 3 for something" my husband and I both said "for how much", again she answered "3 for something". 2nd time I ordered a sub and spent the wee hours head hanging over the toilet, etc. Not going to give it a third time.
I came in on 8/20 and the brown headed girl with glasses was working. She had the worst attitude for someone working with the... public. Wasn?t greeted when we came in, she looked at my dad like he was crazy when he asked about salad dressing instead ofMayo. Food tasted good as usual. Read more
One of the best subways if not the best subway I have ever eaten at. The staff is always great. They fix your food right and... don't count your leaves of spinach like so many others do. Dining room is always clean, if there is a lunch rush or the schoolkids on ballgame days it might be a bit messing but they get it cleaned up quick. The manager has several school kids that workfor her and she always ask me for game schedules so she can work around their sports schedule as well as know when to expectlarger crowds, therefore have enough staff on hand for thise days. Ate there tonight and the customer service could be better. Not one smile was given. The food was good. But I noticed a fly... landed on a sandwich sheet and they never closed the lid over the food where they make your sandwich. I've been to many subwaysand have witnessed other places closing the lid when not in use. And tonight they left it open while a fly was getting all overthe food and they ran off in the back. The restaurant was decently clean, the floors needed sweeping, but for the most part it was clean. The reception was good, we... we're greeted as soon as we walked in & it was very friendly. The sandwiches were fixed perfect and they were very good. Overallexperience was great, it's at a great location and I highly recommend eating here if your in the mood for some subway! Read more
