3.5 stars Food was average to solid, but didn't knock my socks off. Prices were okay but expected a little better based on... other reviews. Went on a Thursday night...nice service and pleasant atmosphere. Read more

I came here for Happy Hour. The place is cute, clean and has delicious food. I was definitely disappointed by the portion sizes... and options. This place is pretty pricey, and for having under 10 items on the happy hour menu, I was surprised when they ranout of of one of their few options. Instead of prosciutto and melon, we had prosciutto and peaches. The lavender Moscow mule wasgreat, and they did have several unique cocktails on their menu. However, when I go for a happy hour, I typically like to seeshareable appetizers, so minestrone soup and Caesar salad seem like a desperate attempt to get people in the restaurant duringnon-peak hours. For 5:30pm on a weeknight, this was pretty empty, with only two other parties at the bar. I personallywouldn’t return for happy hour but would come back for an actual dinner since the menu wasn’t much more expensive but hadmuch better options. I’d suggest Il Fornaio as an alternative for comparable quality, but larger portions and better happyhour deals. Read more

There's COVID19-safe outdoor dining and the food was good. My salmon dinner was $32 plus beverages, tax and tip. Pasta is less... expensive; steak would have been over $50. Read more

This high end Italian restaurant is Located in downtown Walnut Creek. It’s not where the busy part of it though. And if it’s... your first time going, you’ll have to slow your speed because it’s easy to miss, the sign is not easily seen. However,it’s a beautiful restaurant, especially the outside dining. They do allowed dogs and love that they accept reservations. It isa bit pricy but might say it’s standard price for Walnut Creek area. The food was delicious! The taste is worth the price. Wehad a couple of appetizers: calamari (love that it was not overly breaded), roasted cauliflower, and garlic bread! Now thegarlic bread is something to talk about: not overly powerful garlic and cheese, served on a warm and pillow soft bread. Theentrees were: special of the day “Truffle Fettuccini with Prawns,” Linguini with roasted tomatoes, Steak with broccolini andpotatoes, and Salmon over orzo pasta and Swiss hard. All beautifully plated and food tasted phenomenal. Our server was lovely, though sometimes we couldn’t hear her because there was a huge party next to us celebrating someone or something. But theywere nice, they apologized for being loud. It would be nice if they had a room for big parties but they don’t have thespace. Overall experience was great: good food, great atmosphere and customer. Can’t wait to go back! Read more
