Excellent food and service. Their Seaweed Salad is one of my favorites. Sushi is also excellent.

Maybe better for dinner but the lunch special was super mediocre. Chicken was dry and tough. California roll was okay, nothing... to call home about. Salad was bad. Read more

Amazing sushi rolls and fried chicken. I got the Angel Wings and Nam 1 and they were both super good. Reasonably priced food... items and the service was quick and nice as well. Very cozy spot as well. Read more

We were in the neighbourhood and felt like some sushi, dropped in on a whim. Boy am I glad we did! As soon as we were seated, we... were greeted pleasantly (I felt the smile, couldn't see it behind the mask), and given table water. A variety ofwonderful-sounding rolls, entrees, Udon, even a great spread of a drinks menu. We settled on some takoyaki, rainbow roll, superstar, locust, nam4 and some tamago nigiri. Heckin yes. No complaints on any of it! It was all fresh, delicious, made superfast as well. The deep fried elements were warm and crispy, the takoyaki were flavoursome with a crisp shell and hot centres.Plenty of wasabi and pickled ginger was provided. The ambience is calm, warm, with a spacious area and delightful 80s music onthe radio. Not too loud, just loud enough to enjoy the music while comfortably being able to talk. I'm coming back here everytime I'm in Walnut Creek for sure! Read more

Quaint, no fuss sushi restaurant. It has an outdated feel. Service was okay as it was difficult to understand the server who had... a strong accent further complicated by a mask. Good selection of rolls but good luck asking for anything else as you jjust endup giving up. Read more

A little pricey, but every item in my sushi combo assortment #2 was truly excellent. Sadly, no miso soup or salad was included.... The server and chef were very nice. They even took my phone order 10 minutes before they opened for dinner and it was the firstone completed when they did open, on time. Read more

Neighborhood Japanese eats. Shared a handful of plates - so didn’t have a chance to try the dinner/lunch plates. Agedashi... tofu, usually one of my favorite dishes wasn’t quite what I’m used to - very thick sauce. Sushi roll with eel, avocado andshrimp tempura was the star ?? Very fresh and had a perfect crunch. Looking forward to trying more next time. Read more

I had Mount Fuji, it was a cute little sushi mountain had good flavours. And Sake Honey, loved how it wasid like to say seared. Had a smokey flavour and sweet and spicy. Overall pretty good. Read more
