Check your bag before you leave the store. Been visiting this site for almost 2 years and 8/10 visits the order is short or... incorrect. Today was the final straw. Employee had to return to the back room two times after I pointed out missing items. Short 3 sleeves and 2 different employees couldn?t come up with an apology. I guess they don?t check it before they hand itoff. And, always a very long visit not worth the wait. Guess I?ll definitely be ordering online direct from FL distributioncenter. Bye bye WC Read more

Extremely slow service. New location looks great but new system requires that you wait in line as people call you towards a... desk. Not as efficient as previous location across the street. If you are in a rush or simply want to avoid 30+ min of waiting Isuggest using the Nespresso app and delivering directly to your home. Read more

Terrible service when I went in to buy more sleeves of coffee. We were not that familiar with the types of pods available. The... guy just stood there saying nothing, then after about a minute he pulls out his phone and starts responding to some chats. I sawthat he was an assistant manager in training which was a joke. No other customer in store and none of the other two reps steppedin to help us. I called him out for going on his phone then he apologies. I ended up walking out, terrible service. Read more

Let me start by saying that I love my nespresso, and I used to frequent the store in its old location. Their new location is a... catestrophe. They got rid of the efficient que and counter that they had and now have these free standing islands where youmake your purchase. There is really nowhere for more than one, maybe two people to wait. I routinely see lines out the doorand personally I have forgone shopping here when I do see the line out the door. They added a little nespresso coffee bar, butI have never seen it open, so now that Sur La Table is gone there is nowhere for prospective customers to try nespressoout. The ONE smart thing they did was add a bin outside the store to return your capsules for recycling, but it was full beforethe store opened and overflowing by lunchtime. This brings me to my next point. I don't know what happened to the friendlypeople who used to work there, but when I went in the store it seemed like having to deal with customers was a realinconvenience. The person made me wait for a few minutes while they clacked away on their computer and when they didacknowledge me simply wanted my order and me gone. They were out of a surprising number of coffees, including a few I wasplanning on purchasing. The employee did not engage me and talk about their coffees just stared blankly at me while I ponderedwhat was left of their inventory. All together this just leaves me with the impression that Nespresso does not really want tohave a store here. Neither the store nor the employees create a welcoming, inviting atmosphere. Got what I needed. Lots of sleeves and machines in stock. Nice clean shop in a very fancy shopping area. You will see lots of... people in nice clothing in the area. They made me buy more sleeves for free gifts. The cups were shot cups. Id rather havecappuccino cups ?? otherwise good espresso coffee to make at home Read more
