We came in on a Friday night at 8:45. The restaurant was not busy and we had a reservation. Waited to be sat and as we went... through the restaurant noticed food all over the floor. Should have known them the service wouldn't be up to par. Once we werein our booth we quickly found what we wanted and we're ready to order. However there was no server in site. Finally we saw a busgirl and I asked her if she was or server sadly she was not. So she got a server after we had been waiting for more than 20minutes just to get drinks. Finally a server came and we quickly ordered. The food was not up to previous visits at other pfchang's and one of the meals was so horribly salty we couldnt eat it. Drinks were good. Service was not good. Our server came toour table to take our order, bring our drinks, drop of our food and bring us the check. As we walked out and proceeded to saythank you to all the servers talking around the bar meanwhile no one else was in the restaurant except for us. Not one of theservers looked over and said anything thing back. We were not acknowledged at all. Definitely not the service we expected verydisappointed. Read more

Usually the food is pretty good, the service is hit or miss. A while back we had ordered the pan fried dumplings, usually comes... with a dipping sauce, and all of the sudden the server pours the sauce all over the dumplings on a hot plate and I asked her tostop. I was confused because they've never done that before, and her response was it's policy, I have to. We went to a differentlocation months later and they did not pour the sauce. Just recently, we went back to this location and the server goes, want tosee what we do now while holding the sauce pot, and I looked at him and said, no please don't do that. Welp, he goes and poursit all over the dumplings and walks off. I'll admit I was very irritated at that, but tried to chalk it up as him not hearingme... my real issue with it is that I like dipping them in the sauce, and when they pour the sauce on the dumplings and hotplate, it evaporates most of the sauce and they use all the sauce on their little trick. All I'm saying is that they should askthe table before doing something like that. Read more

The dish I selected was awful. Do not get the short rib fried rice. Dry meat, excessive sauce, bad flavor, 3 edamame pieces and... 1 slice of mushroom. Server was professional and friendly. She noticed I didn’t eat and would have sent it back for me ifI had asked. The new inflation adjusted menu has price increases of 2-4$ for each item. I don’t think the quality level andfreshness matches the new prices. Read more

Sat at the bar and our appetizer and entrees arrived before our drinks even came. A sangria and a beer. Come on now. We didn’t... even get water after asking a few times. Jasmine was sweet but had no help whatsoever. They weren’t even that busy. Tried toorder wine when the entrees finally arrived and still opening a bottle of wine seems to take a village. Nothing comped. Nocustomer service and as a rewards member for years, I was incredibly disappointed and will not be back to this location. Wastedof time and money. Wow :( Read more

I've been going to this P.F. Chang's north of 15 years. When I lived in Walnut Creek, I would go about once a week and all the... staff knew me, to the point some would come up and say hello when I was just out walking. I probably ate out too often, backthen, but that is a separate issue. I came back to this restaurant, the other day, for a nostalgic lunch on my birthday. Wewere greeted by a friendly woman who seated us in a booth. The restaurant had two other occupied tables and two people seated atthe bar, for a total of 10 people in the restaurant. Since it was a hot day and I just finished a 6 mile hike, I was hoping toat least be able to order tea or something, however the two waiters completely ignored us. They didn't bring water, didn't evenspeak to us after dropping menus on the table. I waited for 20 minutes, occasionally smiling and waiving at the one of the twowaiters, who studiously ignored us. After waiting over 30 minutes, I just got up and left. My mother, who was dining with me,assumed they must be shutting down the restaurant and the waiters were just ignoring guests. Even if that was the case, I can'tfathom giving up the tips. Considering how empty that restaurant was compared to all the other restaurants we walked by, orcompared to the one we later settled on, the rest of the city has given up PF Chang's as well. It's sad, but this will be thelast time I visit this restaurant unless I hear about significant changes being made. Read more

We came in on a Sunday afternoon, surprisingly (for the location & being a weekend) it was slow. I thought, great... the service... should be fast & smooth, WRONG! We waited 25mins to be seated, then when we asked for a booth, they said it would be anotherextra wait even though most of the booths were available. Finally seated, they took our drink order & that took 20mins only tohave our server tell us they didn't have a bartender & they were out of the alcohol beverage we ordered. After wait forever forthe food, besides the sushi which was good, the rest of the dishes were mediocre at best. We asked four different people fordrinks & finally after we had already finished eating, got our drinks. Horrible, NEVER again!!! If this is how they operate whenit's dead slow (with a full staff standing around doing nothing), I'd hate to see this place full. Read more

The food is great! The time it takes to receive your order when dining in has averaged about thirty minutes. You also must wait... 20 minutes for a table, even when it’s half full. Interesting thing is the approach to start you off with a drink needs help.We never received our drink order until well into the meal. That’s thirty minutes out or more. It’s sad when you observe theline bar tender doing nothing but walking about chatting. I would say it is just a bad day for them, but I had this experienceand returned again a month later and experienced the same. Read more
