These people don?t care about customer service. Called and told them I would be there 5 minutes before closing and they said it... was fine. When I get there the doors are closed and they acted like I never called. Why post a closing time, say it?s okay toshow up and then shut doors earlier than what you claim? Disappointed Read more
Went in yesterday with my family, there was at least 4 to 5 family?s before us. Workers were 3 guys (young) and were SUPER slow,... chit chatting between them self?s instead of trying to get the line moving. The guys were nice and friendly and not rude at allbut way to slow and The store was a MESS. Waited at LEAST 20 mins to get helped. We ended up getting just one big scoop and gotit fast because luckily a girl worker came in and was fast. Stopped by today 11/17 @ 8:55pm approx. I was greeted by a young lady pink hair VERY NICE. She treated me so well, let me try... some icecream, created small talk but it didn't seem forced, she is so nice! And of course my icecream is delicious.
