These people don?t care about customer service. Called and told them I would be there 5 minutes before closing and they said it... was fine. When I get there the doors are closed and they acted like I never called. Why post a closing time, say it?s okay toshow up and then shut doors earlier than what you claim? Disappointed Read more
Went in yesterday with my family, there was at least 4 to 5 family?s before us. Workers were 3 guys (young) and were SUPER slow,... chit chatting between them self?s instead of trying to get the line moving. The guys were nice and friendly and not rude at allbut way to slow and The store was a MESS. Waited at LEAST 20 mins to get helped. We ended up getting just one big scoop and gotit fast because luckily a girl worker came in and was fast. Ice cream was good but honestly won?t come back the store was a messand things were everywhere even where they were mixing the ice cream. Read more
I?ve Ordered online twice before and they got my order wrong, wrong ice cream for $10 plus delivery plus tip plus extra $ for... certain toppings and got no toppings either.. ended up paying over $20 for a wrong ice cream.. not a good online experience ???? Read more
If you place an online order they will still make you wait until they get through everyone in line when you arrive. They have... done that twice to us. And to make things worse, they messed up our order again which for $10 an ice cream is reallyunfortunate. Officially done with this place. Read more
I had a lovely experience!! I enter and get smiles and welcomes from all the employees!! The person who made my ice cream had... curly hair and super young we had a nice convo while he was making my ice cream!!! His name was Qaise!!! And he made it a superfun experience!!! Lots of young workers there!!! My only complaint is a dude on the bigger side of things not to be rude withalso curly hair ignored me once I asked a question and looked very unhappy to be working there but other then that greatexperience !!!! Stopped by today 11/17 @ 8:55pm approx. I was greeted by a young lady pink hair VERY NICE. She treated me so well, let me try... some icecream, created small talk but it didn't seem forced, she is so nice! And of course my icecream is delicious.
