This is the WORST panda express ever. They took my order before althought it does NOT speed up the process as they still make u... wait in line n the same person fills the plates... so whats the purpose?? To NOT talk to customers?!?! The portions are SOOOsmall they even remove food from ur plate to make it acceptable. They did not have the latest menu item although its advertisedthroughout the whole restaurant and the cashier SHE was the worst part! Over priced for small portions of what is chopped to the point that you don't know if it's chicken or beef, rice tastes burned... and the noodles like plastic. They count the pieces they serve and they don't even give you soy sauce or forks on your to goorder. The two stars is for the time they close and cleanliness of the place. Read more
People that work in food service/ customer service need to be trained better. The girl charging my mother was rude and belittle... her. No one needs to feel disrespected. I gifted a Panda gift and when she turned using it the card didn't go through told herit didn't have a balance and didn't care for what she had to say. The card was gifted to her last night by me. This is by far the worst Panda Express I've ever visited I'm sorry to say. I've tried Panda Express in many different cities yet... this one was the worst. My daughter and my niece were prompting me to get Chinese food from this local Chinese Express place andI refused. When they came home I tried the Panda expresses then tried the Chinese Express food. I was so disappointed becausethe Chinese Express tasted more like authentic Chinese food then Panda Express. The rice tasted nothing like Chinese food andhad dry grains that were probably fried up so long they were crunchy. Read more
