Look I love BK...today was the first time I came through and whoever is running the window sounded miserable to be there. Poor... customer service. I mean sometimes I get the wrong order only at this location. Which is ok IDC..but the manager Theresa is asweetheart she is the only one who asks if I need salt pepper or ketchup no one else there does. Way to go Theresa just let yourother workers know treat each customer like they wanna be treated. Let them know it's ok to smile and have the bubbly attitude.Love ya Theresa. Read more
Staff is less than friendly. Food was cold and if that's not bad enough they can't even get your order right

Look, I don't wanna be a Leave-a-bad-review-Leonard but they Gotta get these new young kids whipped into shape soon or pay the... managers what they deserve to make sure this kinda stuff isn't deemed OK. And yes, they're gray, and it was only a medium, im alittle salty. HA, Get it? Anyways, In their defense there was like 4 or 5 somewhat not rock solid ones. But the food quality hasbeen slowly disintegrating. I love this store and I eat there way more than I should, but since I do, and it's been gettingworse and worse, I had to say something.
