My husband & I stopped in for supper. The entire 2nd shift staff was Fantastic. They made sure we were taken care of, asked how... everything was. All were polite, respectful & had smiles. Stopped in for the 1st time- and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the entire experience was. Ordering was easy, the whole... restaurant was very clean, all of the staff was courteous. The soda machine needed to be fixed (all of the soda was flat), whenwe told them about it- it was handled immediately and new soda was brought out to our table. We actually told the manager thatwe appreciated our experience tonight. She deserved to hear it, she had the place running perfectly. It's been awhile since I'vefelt that way about a fast food place. Came for lunch during an off time hoping to get a quick meal. My mistake. A woman came in after me, got her order and left...and... I am still waiting. When I asked the young man eating his lunch (he took my order) if it should take this long for my order, heshrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". At that point I went to the counter to inquire about my order. Only two peoplein the cooking area busy talking. At that point one of them started working on my food. The place needs a deep cleaning fromthe sticky floor mats at the soda fountain area, to something as simple as wiping down the tables. Management oversight issorely needed at this location. Read more
If I could give them more stars I would. Service with this team was top of the line. As I exited my carry box busted from the... bottom, they could have just given me another box but insisted on redoing the whole order. My hats off and thumbs up to thiscrew and thank you. Around 1300 hours 04/14/2022. Update: 1500 hours 07/31/2022. Seems like new crew, but just as caring andrespectful as the other. Great people and will be returning. Thumbs up ???? to again this crew. My 1ST time with the app, the young man behind the counter assisted me+ was very attentive and friendly. The young woman who... filled my order helped me with my bonus item on the app+ she said "no worries, I'll get it ready right away!" I ordered NO sour cream on ANYTHING and EVERYTHING was drenched in sour cream....tried calling the store and conviently sent to... v.m. which is also full so I can't even leave a message ....wasn't handed a reciept for my order ...and what's the point ofasking if I'd like sauces if you aren't going to give any??
