If I could give it 0 I would. My girlfriend and I had hung out for less than 2 hours, and ate nothing in that period and ate... nothing of the same before we went to Applebees. We both had burgers and they tasted fine. An hour after getting home mygirlfriend has thrown up the meal and I unfortunately feel like the same will happen to me. The only thing that was barely edible was my Salmon ? When are food was brought to us we had no silverware , all of our potatoes... were cold and I mean cold They brought us new potatoes which GOD BLESS the managers ???? ???? , they were ehhh almost Luke warm. She ( my friend ) asked for a steak medium . Well it came out on a sizzling hot ???? skillet that in turn way over cooked hersteak and ruined it , her husband order the ribs and they were so bad /tough she had to hold the rack just so he could cut a riboff ? I went use the ladies room , pee on all the seats, paper on the floor , no soap in the dispensers and the paper toweldispenser only gave you maybe a 4 inch length and you know the width of a paper towel . So needless to say , nope wasn't apleasant or close to being a good experience! Oh and our waitress couldn't remember anything ???? yet the she remembered to ckthe table for the tip when she got bak from retrieving the receipt she forgot to give . Nope gone ! Read more
Love this place GIGI is like are favorite waitress she remembers my daughter?s order every time and my daughter loves it. The... kitchen staff has been off lately not sure if it?s short staffed or someone new. But it?s definitely NOT the wait staff that ismessing up your order. Read more
Had an early lunch on Sunday 10/23 ordered a Steak, which wA super dry, Mashed potatoes were cold, and broccoli had too much... salt. The gentleman that served me was very pleasant and professional but the food wA not good. He apologized and asked me ifI wanted to speak to the manager. I declined, as I was in a rush. Every time I go in here, the floors are extremely sticky. When you walk out of the door, your shoes sound like Velcro against... the ground. If this is the level of cleanliness they maintain in the guest area, how do you think their kitchen looks? Read more
The food was very good but the service was very slow from the kitchen There were 4 of us, 3 of us got our meals but our... granddaughter didn't get hers until we were mostly finished! Then the kids wanted dessert and it took so long I walked around tofind our waitress! She was very apologetic, comped my granddaughter's meal and their desserts, a nice gesture, not her fault,but unacceptable! 2 hours for lunch? Read more
My wife, daughter and I went for a late brunch and I can honestly say from the waitress,she was absolutely pleasant and totally... in control. While waitressing us and a couple other patrons she was still tending a half full bar. Never skipped a beat whilekeeping a conversation with all of the patrons she got our whole order right , including two dinners we ordered for takeout. IfI could make a mold for waitresses and bartenders for that matter any workers that deal with the public. She definitely would benumber one!!! Thank you for your service. Also all of the appetizers were plentiful,hot and superbly tasteful. Our food came ina timely manner to where as we enjoyed some of our appetizers and it to was so tasteful. ???? The appetizer selection here is awesome and I recommend the southwest chicken bowl. Alot of nice choices on the current menu.... Prices are very reasonable. Service is outstanding whether in the dining area or bar, bar tables. The servers and bartenders aredefinitely worth the standard 20% tip. I have had great service from Cindy and Heather at the bar, as well as Matthew, Paul,Brett, Angie, Katie, Stephanie, Julie. Bella and Gray always have my take home orders ready quickly. Mike the host is alwaysfriendly. Julie the manager is super helpful. Also, they do a nice job with birthdays. Overall ,a fun vibe. Read more
