Worst place to ever go to. Went through the drive thru window ordered 25 chocolate munchkin and one blueberry muffin. Got to the... window the girl who was at the window around 7:46 am was extremely rude very unpleasant person. She had handed me a bag with ablueberry donut I told her i believe you have my order wrong I ordered a blueberry muffin she took the donut back threw itacross the counter and dropped my munchkins on the ground outside of my car. Slammed the window so i opened my door grabbed themunchkins off the ground ( Mind you this happened in front of my three child all under 8 years old ) so she came back to thewindow threw my muffin towards me and I said I wanted to speak to a manager now she got extremely red in the face and said sheis right THERE! So I then waited about two minutes for the manager to come to the window ( she was older lady white hair short )( no one ever gave me there names when I asked ) I told her how rude that girl was that she through my food onto the ground andall i got was I'm sorry that happened you know we are extremely short staffed I stopped her there and told her I don't want tohear about how short staffed you are because everywhere is short staffed but to have someone working in customer service needsto have a much better attitude and how disrespectful she was to throw my food on the ground and at me. All I got from themanager at the Walpole nh Dunkin was oh I'm sorry .... seriously...wow do not go hear unless you want to be disrespected andfood thrown at you with rude service . Waiting for corporate to call me because this is extremely rude and hurtful. Read more
Consistently bad service every time. 2 people ahead of you in the drive thru order coffee? Be prepared to wait 10 minutes.... Minimum. You're considered lucky if you get the actual items you ordered. Have had my order read back to me, confirmed my items,paid for them, then find half of its wrong. Like come on guys. There will be 8 employees screaming and running around, and 0work getting done. Friendly, and fast STAFF...ALWAYS. Lobby and dining area is ALWAYS clean. My shout out to the owners as well for keeping the... dining area open. i ONLY visit food places that have an OPEN dining area. Read more
A few weeks ago went thru Drive thru got wrong sandwich order. Went back got it corrected but egg inside was ice cold. Today got... a Croissant with chicken bacon cheese and that was ice cold not heated all the way through. I tried to call but no one answersthe phone. Very dissatisfied half the time it?s incorrect or not prepared properly. Another time they made my drink incorrectand told me It was my error. Get it together! Read more
Very nice people working at this location. Orders are accurate and made fast. They were very busy when we went in, but... considering the holidays, not really surprised. The drive through though gets a bit out of hand and blocks several parkingspots. Got stuck for a good 5 minutes before being able to pull out of our parking spot. Read more
The short haired with glasses woman that I'm presuming was the manager overspoke me while trying to talk to one of the employees... though directing it towards me in a loud unprofessional disrespectful manner and when I tried to respond to explain my situationwalked away from me. If I see she's working there next time I will not order anything and walk out. If you're going to be in acustomer service type of job you might want to know how to have customer service skills.
