Bathroom for clients without grab bars or handicap accessible The bathroom that meets requirements for accessibility is for... employees and it?s use is blocked despite request due to walker use. Besides, bathroom is always extremely dirty. I did not wantto take a picture of the diarrhea below the toilet seat. It was too disgusting! Read more

The gas pumps don't work with credit cards. You have to go inside and prepay that way and guess how many dollars you'll... use. This is also about the most expensive gasoline I've ever seen in the entire state. It's just a big hassle all around. Read more

This was the absolute worst experience ever. Coming back from a ski trip we stop here to purchase some snacks and use the... restroom. There were 9 people in my group total, so I can understand it got a little cramped waiting in line for the singlebathroom they had. As my group is waiting and browsing the snacks, some lady that worked there basically yelled at us to line upin a single file line waiting on the restroom. Two people in our party weren?t even waiting for the restroom but she kept askingthem to line up. I informed her that they weren?t waiting, and she basically told them to get out of the way as she was?working?. She said, ?I?m just trying to do my job?, and she implied we were hindering her. Now I?m all for doing your job, butwhen the store is small, sometime you?re just going to have to wait to move boxes to the back when there are customers trying toshop. Instead of spending money there, we quickly left that terrible atmosphere. Read more

The wait is ridiculous and it?s not for what you might believe. The employees on hand at the time I went were more interested in... the conversation they were having than to proceed to check customers out. I have crazy anxiety it?s impossible for me to go inpublic without my service dog?let alone be forced to wait in line because they don?t have the courtesy to do their job promptly. It only stresses me out beyond what I can?t handle. I couldn?t take it I left and took my business elsewhere and I suggest youall do the same. That is unless you?re ok with being disrespected, forced to waste your free time while they make money doingnothing for you, then by all means keep shopping here. I?ll never come back unless something is done to remedy this. I?m fact imay just never go to another 7 eleven ever again. This shouldn?t be happening end of story Read more

Couldn?t use credit card at pump so I went in to pay. I told them I needed to fill up and the woman was not very nice when she... said ?I just need an amount?! Then my husband was in line for the restroom and the same woman came up to him and told him hehad to stay with his car in case something happened! That?s a first!! And the bathroom was disgusting! Won?t be giving themany business! Will make sure we fill up before or after Walsenburg! Hopefully the Loves will be open soon! Read more

This Gas Station is usually great! But just recently I've experienced issues with two employees. I've lived in Walsenburg for a... few years now, and this gas station used to be my favorite one to go to. One employee, Sandy in particular, has shorted mechange on several occasions. There's no proving to her that she was wrong, she insists that she is right. Just the other night Iwent in turning in change, mind you, I've worked in Gas Stations, and never once have I been turned down to turn in a littlechange! Gas Stations are usually happy to take change because they always need it. One of the employees, Anna, came out andyelled at her fellow employee in front of customers. That is completely ridiculous! I've noted these two names just to reportthem both because my experience at this convenient store is no longer enjoyable when they're on shift! I have heard the samecomplaints from other customers. This is unacceptable. Read more
