Impressive! Couldn?t believe the quality of the salad bar and steaks. Was not expecting that! The salad bar was full of fresh... options, crisp greens, and great veggies and fruits. Lots of cold salads as well. Used an email coupon to get a steak, bakedpotato, and salad bar for under $15. The steaks were all cooked perfectly (ribeyes and a sirloin), baked potato was large, andthe salad bar was excellent. Our server, Shantal, was amazing. She was so kind and on top of things! Monday afternoon, 12:30 pm, my family & I dined at Ruby Tuesday for lunch. Horrible experience. Ordered fried chicken tenders &... shrimp for my children & they came out extremely dark & burned, sent them back & was told by the server ?they didn?t change thegrease?. Unacceptable! It?s the beginning of a new week, why wouldn?t you change the grease & start the week off fresh? The foodwas disgusting, silverware & serving trays dirty, table condiment holder rusty, salad bar plates were filthy, & flies. Onlything good was the artichoke & spinach dip. The service was slow and pretty bad. Food was ok though the kids mac and cheese was too spicy. Restaurant was a complete mess... and they offered to make the kids a replacement meal but forgot and ended up getting it togo 45 minutes later. Literally the worst dining experience of my life. The restaurant was filthy, bathrooms in a state of disrepair, servers... disappeared for 20-30 minutes at a time, took them 20 minutes to seat our party of 8 when the restaurant was nearly completelyempty. Very bad not enough staff. Restroom no tp urinal taped up with plastic bag. Soap dispenser broken. Flies in food. Nachos came on... cooking trey. Daughter got sick after eating.. sorry to say. Cause I like ruby's Tuesday. Read more
This place was horrible from the time we walked in with the ratchet smell to the rude management. When we first entered the... smell was horrific of rotten something. When we were seated at the table staff was just standing around talking. FOR OVER TENMINUTES no one even acknowledged us and there were only two other tables in the whole place seated. We ordered appetizers. Theywere out of two of the three on the sampler platter so we skipped that and just had the salad bar. Salad bar was disgustinglydirty with things floating in all the dressings, wilted lettuce, and soggy vegetables. My husband proceeded. I was ready toleave by this time but was hungry. When our steaks arrived they were WELL DONE when we asked for MED RARE. We asked formanagement. This is where the visit really turned BAD. Manager (Ashlee) with tattoo's all over her neck proceeded to tell usthat our steaks were MED RARE and was not going to recook them. Picture provided. I have always liked eating at Ruby Tuesday and was pleased to see that there was one very close to my hotel. I got there around... 6:00 p.m. and was seated right away. The restaurant was quite busy but the waitress acknowledged me immediately and gave megreat service. I started with a Tito's Moscow Mule which was very good, and I ordered their ribeye steak and BBQ half rack ofribs combo which came with a baked potato. It was very reasonably priced at $22.95 and I was a little leery about getting the 6oz ribeye. Ribeye is my favorite steak, and I was pleasantly surprised by this one because it was cooked perfectly (rare), hadnext to no fat to trim and was tasty and tender. The potato was cooked perfectly and had plenty of butter and sour cream as Irequested. I ordered the ribs with their BBQ sauce which came applied liberally and the ribs were done to perfection. The meatfell off the bones but was still juicy and delicious. The half rack was so large that I took most of it back to the hotel withme and put it in the refrigerator so I could warm it for breakfast. Ruby Tuesday also had a huge salad bar with an extensivechoice of vegetables and add-ons. It could be ordered as an addition to a meal for $4.99 or as a main course for $11.99. Read more
