This used to be one of my main Boston Market locations. Somewhere over the course of time, things have changed. I made two... visits recently, and I have to say, both visits were polar opposites. Visit 1 - Felt like money was wasted; food & the customerservice was sub-parr. Visit 2 - Customer Service and Food was wonderful. It seems like the best time to go is in the daytime. Read more
I would give zero stars if I could. They didn?t pack the entire order leaving one person with no food. When I called they... acknowledged that they made a mistake after arguing for several minutes but at the end they said there is nothing they can do. Read more
When I went in the restaurant I was greeted nicely, the the guy who was cashing me out took a phon call, I will under Stand if... it was important, but it was a car dealership???????????he could not even speak to me he pointed at what he wanted me to do.Handling food and touching his cell phone is not sanitary, when he offered the corn bread I said no, the handle of the tongs wasresting in the cornbread, no thank ???? This particular location seems like they are always changing hands, and the staff seems like they don't always know what they... are doing, but the food is always hot and fresh, and the people cooking know what they are doing. I gave them 5 stars cuz it wasbusy and they were completing multiple orders at the same time. So they may have been just overwhelmed. I'll still keep goingbecause the food is good, and the staff is trying. Read more
If only the food didn't seem so bland and cloned. Everything always taste the same. They need to step their menu up and make... better sides. The Mac n cheese is gross. The only thing good is chicken breast and mash potatoes with chicken gravy...even thecorn is huge and seems out of a can at best. Elderly people must love this kind of food!! Read more
