Stopped in after a pleasant sunset over the Charles. Just had dessert, the Iris, which was a brioche donut-like delight filled... with ricotta, and a couple mini cannolis. Both were fantastic. Will definitely need to stop back for lunch or dinner! Thelighting is definitely a bit harsh once the sun sets, but nothing too bad. Read more

The outdoor seating is very beautiful and the server was friendly. The Brelundi antipasto, caprese salad, and bread basket were... all very good. The calzone and pizzas were also good, but the dough was a bit bitter and grainy (my parents didn't mind butpersonally it wasn't to my liking). As someone who grew up in Italy, my standards for Italian food are very high. In comparisonto those restaurants, this place wasn't the same thing, but it was ok and good enough that I would go here again if in the area. Read more

Visited early on a Saturday. Place was clean and bright. Service was on par with most good places , not excellent, not awful. We... both had an arancini for an appetizer. Quality was good but not exceptional, especially since that is their specialty. Both werehot enough but barely. Wife got a panini and was disappointed. Was essentially a sub, no toasting, no press. Why this isdescribed as a Panini is a mystery to us. Flavor and portion was good. I had a calzone and it came hot and was enormous. I ate1/3 of it and took the rest to go. Flavor and preparation was good. Server brought us a (forget the name) complementary dessertwithout us asking due to us asking about the panini preparation. Think deep fried donut with cannoli filling. Although we wereboth full, we tucked in and it was very very good. Nice initiative on the part of the server to make good. I suspect thishappens a lot based on the comments. The 3 stars is for the overall value and experience. This is Waltham so things a bit morethan in surrounding towns but at these price points the competition is fierce and I feel we could do better. Read more
Our food was good. Enjoyed 2 different Arancini, a risotto dish and a house chicken marsala. They were well prepared and good... looking plates. I was especially impressed by our server, Ariyana. She was engaged in everything we needed and gave strongrecommendations. We appreciated her upbeat and positive approach with everything. Read more
