Definitely go in person and order your food here. I don't recommend online ordering. The portions I receive when ordering ahead... of time were consistently smaller and sloppier than ordering in person, During off peak hours front of house staff seem to haveno sense of urgency at all, and often times I'm not acknowledged at all while waiting for someone to take my order. Staffseem somewhat confused on how to use the POS system,- about 25% of the time I end up being rung up for the wrong items or beingcharged the wrong amount. There are a few very friendly and courteous staff members, and I'm always pleased when they areworking and I come in. A lot of the other stuff just doesn't seem to have it together. Management, please train your staff tofocus on customer service..Your location would really benefit from it. Read more

Food is always a little delayed if ordering online, but not surprising because they're always swamped. Decent quality... ingredients, moderate portions, order has been correct 4 out of 5 times we've ordered from this Chipotle. Which is better thanaverage amongst the Chipotle's we've frequented. Tonight when I walked up to the door, the man said it was online orders only. When I walked in some man was being served and the... guy behind the counter said online orders only. I looked at the man being served and asked why and the employee said they wereunderstaffed and only had 3 people working. I observed 5 people working. I ordered online and waited for my order. When I got myorder I asked for a water cup and the employee literally tossed it to me. I looked at him in confusion as he huffed and walkedaway. Multiple people waiting for orders saw this behavior. Always horrible experience when I arrive to Chipotle. I?m doing Ubereats, when I arrived to the store I learned that 5 other... drivers have been waiting here for their orders for a while. I don?t know what happened tonight. I have ordered from this location more than once with little to no issues. Tonight I ordered... through Uber Eats, and I ordered a chicken quesadilla with guacamole and sour cream. I also ordered some chips and guacamole.When it arrived the chicken quesadilla was missing chicken, the sour cream had chunks of cilantro or lettuce (hopefully thisisn?t a bigger cross-contamination issue) in it, and one of the guacamoles was as hard as a rock. I don?t know who was having abad day, but man so was I and this literally made my day worse. So thanks for that I guess. Read more
