Ordered online twice today, the second time my girlfriend and I gave clear instructions for how I wanted my burger done, which... were clearly read but ignored the desired doneness and toasting the bread. I'm never going to order anything from thisrestaurant again, especially if easy requests are blatantly ignored. Read more
I never post reviews this is my first time. Worst place ever for food in waltham. Unprofessional receptionist who took my order... over phone for Cajun wings (I specifically mentioned Cajun sauce over my wings 3 times) & you can see the wings without anysauce in picture, also the wings are bland & not great. Don’t order from this restaurant guys they have unprofessional staffto take orders. I’ll rather recommend to have food from the food truck @ might squirrel brewery. What a great lunch experience!!! The drinks were on point and everything on the new menu sounded very appealing. I had the... steak tips with green beans and mashed potatoes and added a side of Mac n cheese... it was fiya!!!! The portions are hefty too.Definitely coming back! Read more
Great spot with excellent service. I had eaten outside on the patio before and it was good but eating inside at the bar was... great. The bartender/server was top notch and very attentive and professional. The food was delicious and served in a quick timeframe. The decor and warmth of the place is great, the bar is beautiful. Monday’s are $5 burger nights so definitely worthchecking that out. Great spot and will certainly continue visit here as it’s close to home and work. Read more
Pause for a moment. I'm about to brag on Shay. What a fabulous human she is. Dear friends are City Street regulars, we've gone... only 3-4 times. Each time the staff have been wonderful yet Shay stood out. Her quiet friendliness, astute memory, wit and humorwere so welcomed! I wonder if we can request her next time??? Oh, the food was yummy, too. Swordfish tacos for 3 and sirlointips and mashed potatoes and gravy for me!! Hungry bunch! Read more
