Worse service ever the wait is the worse, and don?t get me starting in the delivery driver Ronald who always brings the pizza... cold. 3 hours for my food to get to my house. Sat in the "prep" stage for 2+ hours. Tried to call to pick it up, they don't answer the... phone. Driver was awesome though and got it here quick after it finally came out the over. Never gonna order from here again. Read more
So many stars if you like waiting and wondering if and when your questionable pizza will arrive. Add more stars if you like... spinning the roulette wheel of hot or cold, correct or incorrect, eating something else now or waiting even more for your orderto arrive in some mysterious condition. Add a galaxy of stars if you enjoy having no way to contact them to cancel and like tobe trapped in the most foolhardy endeavor of your life regarding something as simple as a pizza. Can someone please contact me? I had a horrible experience on Sunday and have been trying to contact someone every since. The... cheese on my pizza slid halfway off and 3 items I ordered were missing. I've tried the app (offered me a free pizza or 20% offthe next order but there was no recourse for the missing items), the store (I was told to call back when the GM is there atnight but I am at work at night), the email submission (which doesn't work), and a 1-800 number I found online (which doesn'twork). I don't want to put my personal information on here, so I'm not sure what to do - if possible please respond via thischannel and I will give you my contact info. The order was stuck in the prep stage for two hours. Only after I escalated with Dominos customer service did it move forward.... By then I had already eaten and didn?t want it anymore. What?s worse is they tried to blame being short handed on delivery as towhy it took so long. I?m not stupid. I won?t be ordering domino?s again while I?m living here. Got the pizza totally wrong, called them, nobody picked up the phone for 20 minutes so I decided to drive here while on the... phone, when I get there, I tell them they got my pizza wrong and nobody picked up the phone clocking 30 minutes, he said he wasthe only one that can pick up the phone and he is doing multiple things, when I look around there is at least 3 guys doingnothing. I got my pizza and a store credit because if I wanted a refund I had to call corporate. Great way to remember why Idon?t order from this place. Waltham Pizza it is next time. Read more
