Update: I really needed coffee and decided to try this location one more time? glad that I did. What a difference. More staff... that were all helpful and friendly. Telephone girl wasn?t around. Came from out of town and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. Try the blood orange refresher, it's delicious!!
This manager gets a 5 star. This morning, a unbalanced person came into the shop. He was clearly known to the team and they've... had passed issues with him. The person was clearly agitated and angry. The manager was so calm and yet effective at gettingthe person out of the shop and leaving the area. OK, so lets agree that not all Dunks are created equal, some are better than others. This is one of those go-to better spots. ... The ladies here are super friendly and always get the order correct. I go there in frequently and they remember me each visit. My coffee always tastes great and is hot, and the few times I grabbed food here before work, it was fresh and tasted good. Read more
Dunkin is so Massachusetts. I used to enjoy my daily coffee and enjoyed being known as I walk in the door. My only issue is the... staff rotation. May I suggest paying staff well if they?re willing to be a long term staff. It?s nice to see f as familiarfaces. Read more
Bad customer service. They seem confused. Also paid for something but they didn?t have half of my order I would?ve got something... else but line was so long I wasn?t gonna wait again. When leaving I told them they should let people know before ordering ifthey?re out of something because I would?ve ordered something else and both employees just walked away from me. Read more
