it's clean inside and they are fast although i wish people sitting inside that aren't eating would put their masks back on. i... got a hot chocolate, hashbrowns, and a chicken bacon cheese croissant. the hot chocolate was great although a bit too hot, thehashbrowns were good as usual, but the croissant was just OK. i would get it again but not as a regular order. It's very frustrating that the same issue keeps happening over and over at this store. I have tried to cut down my visits here... but it is more convenient near my work. I use the "on the go" app often. When I set-up my order and press ready to pickup I'mtypically 5-10 minutes away. I have gotten there and have waited an additional 10 minutes or so for my order (which is usuallyjust a hot coffee with cream and sugar) sometimes they forget to put in the sugar too!! When I try to get an employeesattention, I'm either ignored or they act as if I'm bothering them. Definitely a lack of customer service and friendliness. Thishas continued even after I reported it (1yr 8mo). The extreme frustration set in when you see that the this behavior isn'tcoming from just the employees but the manager as well. If I could avoid this location entirely I would do so!! And I suggestyou all do as well! Ladies bathroom isn't kept clean either. I do not recommend this location. Read more

Ordered a small ice coffee on the app. Was told BY THE MANAGER that his machine was down and they couldn't give me my coffee... after I had already paid for it through the app. Considering it's a $2 coffee you're going to pour down the drain at the end ofthe day, I would think a MANAGER would understand better customer service.
