This was the slowest McDonald's experience I've had in a while. It was lunch time, but not that busy, and the store had plenty... of staff, but the shift manager wasn't managing, just filling orders without helping to guide the rest of the staff towardssuccess. Update: 11/30/22 happily service this time was actually reasonably quick. Hopefully it will be better again nexttime. Read more
I have seen the kindest and most efficient staff here that greet you with a smile. Originally I was going here for dine in 1-2... times a week but ever since I installed the McDonald's app, been going more regularly due to their freebies. I do wonder ifthat has increased the burden of the staff but the orders are churned out pretty fast while ordering through the app even duringrush hour. This specific visit I tried their mcgriddle and turkey bagel. They are both dense. Taste wise they are okay but Ifelt the bagel was a little too heavy and Carby and wonder if croissants would be lighter and better alternatives. Mcgriddle wasslightly sweet so i wasn't much of a fan but there are plenty of lunch and dinner options that will make me keep coming backhere minus when I decide to end up on a diet Read more

McDonald has great coffee and charge less than coffee shop. You can also sit there and connect to internet. Depends on the... hours, it can be quite similar experience for sitting on a coffee place. They don't have electricity sockets though, so only asmuch as your battery will allow. Read more

I stood at the front counter for ten minutes with no one speaking to me. Several employees looked at me then turned around and... went back to doing whatever it was they were doing. I am not expecting someone to drop what they're doing and help me but Iwould like something other than the feeling I don't exist. We went to the Museum of fine arts Boston on a free Friday. However, Parking was 29.00. We ate lunch at the indoor cafe. I... loved atmosphere and food. Service was great and it was not too loud. Showed up at 10:20 for breakfast. Was not helped for 15 min, and then was very rudely told that breakfast ends at 10:30 when... online states it ends at 11. I wouldn't have posted the review if the lady in front wasn?t so rude. Also, if you?re going tostop serving breakfast at 10:30 make sure to note that online so I don?t waste time leaving work for nothing. Read more
