I went in on a Wednesday night and ordered a custom, complicated sandwich. It came out missing something, and when I mentioned... it the shift manager (who mentioned he is going to Hingham) came by and immediately made it right. The whole crew was so nice -everyone there was really kind and thoughtful. It may have been one of the warmest food service experiences I've received in avery long time. This could be the worst run Panera Bread I've ever seen. the first time I came, It was a half hour before closing, and a guy I... presume was the manager refused to serve us. The second time we came, this time for lunch, they were out of numerous items. Thethird time was the only time it was good. The staff members (other than the manager) were very nice, however, and the only thingkeeping this place from getting one star. Read more
Extremely disappointing! I ordered a new item because my favorite wild rice soup was out. The steak and cheese sandwich is huge... disappointment and whoever was working the counter should be reevaluated. Read more
Awful. I ordered curbside and not only was my order not ready on time they didn?t bring it out because the worker ?didn?t see my... car? despite that I checked in and put my hazard lights on as requested by Panera?s system. I went inside and thank god I did,because they didn?t put utensils in my bag despite explicitly requesting them. The only reason they get 2 stars is because theymade my customized sandwich correctly ???? it wasn?t even busy so there?s no excuse. Read more
Getting progressively worse ?? Some menu items are not available frequently. And service leaves much to be desired. Will be... finding other Panera locations even if it means a longer drive. Read more
Rapid pick-up order accuracy is very bad. Ordered two salads, they came with no dressing. One had missing ingredients (no wonton... strips and no sesame in Asian sesame chicken salad). An earlier order of a Fuji Apple chicken salad had no Fuji apples. Stayaway. Or, at least open the bag and check that it has what you ordered. Read more
I'd like to start by saying that the manager at this location was fantastic took a friendly super helpful, and the place look... clean and well run, but my gosh the menus are confusing and the stuff is super expensive for what you get. Across the top of themenu board it said pick two and next to that was Paul the next to that was half I think which prices under each of thosecategories so I thought I had ordered pick two spicy chicken sandwich and tomato soup that came to almost $18 so I said forgetthat I just want the sandwich which I thought was going to I thought this whole thing was going to be 12 bucks but it was only$12 for just the sandwich and 1 oz of potato chips definitely not worth it pre-cooked chicken breast and some buffalo sauce Read more
