Came here to watch Thursday night football to scope out the TV situation for Patriot’s games. Shoppers has tons and tons of... TVs which is perfect. The restaurant is big and you don’t feel crammed. I got their caesar wrap and to my surprise it wasn’tcreamy caesar it was like italian dressing. Someone had recommended their wings and they must’ve meant their bone-in becausethe boneless were disappointing. My partner got the honey bbq melt and loved it! Unreal staff who make you feel welcome and seem to really enjoy working there. I've been several times since I moved in up the... street and they already know me by name and what I drink! Steak tips were cooked just how I like them!
I was greeted by a nice young lady first. I had to use the restroom. Upon my return I was kindly greeted by server Matt and he... took my to go order. After checking the Caesar wrap with steaks and he saw how my eyes popped, he offered to get me a plate if Iwanted to change my mind and eat … sure enough i did and he brought me the plat with silverware. He had a very warm andwelcoming attitude and energy. That’s what I look for from the staff in nice and cozy establishments like the Shopper’sCafe. Highly recommended when in Waltham. Read more
