Skill Set or Scam? This is getting worst. When you order a VT you don't get anywhere near to a full cup!!! There is a morning... staff not today's staff 11/9/2022 at 530am that knows how to properly fill a cup of coffee and not give you a 1/2 cup offoam! If you go there 6 times a week only twice you are getting what you pay for. You can look at the staff and see there is nokinda vibe that could be a result of management and everyone is just like whatever. Sadly I know that every single time I mobile order here it?s going to be wrong. Every single time without fail I have to have... them remake my drink and even then it?s still wrong?all I do is add an espresso shot and cold foam to the top of a cold brew.There is NEVER either of those additions even though it is clearly labeled on the cup that I paid for them. My order was wrong, one employee said they would remake it, but it took them 15 minutes. I finally got a replacement, but the... outside of the cup was covered in milk and caramel. It was clearly too busy and understaffed. Read more
It seems like every time I go to this Starbucks, they are closed outside of their marked business hours, or are completely out... of whatever it is I want (which is often cold brew?. How are you out of cold brew?) Makes me think this Starbucks is poorly run.You?re risking your precious lunch hour going here. Better to just go somewhere else. Read more

Thanks Starbucks for the curdled cream! The picture I am posting is when I removed the ice cubes left to make sure what I was... seeing was correct... how do you miss this when you're making coffee?????? Unacceptable. Cashier spoke with rude tone after asking if I could get a refill for a drink I purchased there but denied it because it had... been purchased at 9:30am and it was now 11am. They also seemed aggravated when I asked to use my reward stars. This place hasgone down hill in recent years it's sad Starbucks seem to have lowered their standards when it comes to customer service. Read more
