Customer service was the worst of any Subway I've ever been across the US. The Indian gentleman working on 11-18-22 was rude and... short with us, despite us being nice and approachable with him. He did not make the sandwiches the way we asked and tried torush us out. Both workers were at tables on their phones or talking to people when we came in, not actually do any work andacted bothered we came in. Wish I give them less! First off they do not except coupons which wasn?t a big deal. However, 3 of us got the cut up chicken on... out subs and all 3 of us had immediate stomach pains and cramps and it send is in the bathroom. I was just in here and the older indian guy that was working was very rude and had a really bad attitude. You shouldn't treat... paying customers like that. Especially when they're doing nothing but showing you respect. I will never return to this location. Read more
This place is does not serve fresh baked bread. Today I ordered a toasted and sub and the bread was as hard a brick. I had to... throw my lunch away and order delivery as I had already left for lunch previously to buy this sub. Sad service when your notusing freshly made bread. Turns to a brick when toasted. This place used to be a go to for a quick sandwich but the staff has changed recently and the service has gone down hill. We had... one guy who didn't listen well to our order or got confused by what he was being asked to do. He came off a bit rude like he hadbetter things to do. Then a second time I went and a young girl helped me. She was better and more attentive but skimpy on theveggies so my sandwich was mostly bread. I'm not interested in going back here now so I'm looking for subways in the area. Read more
When I ordered in person, the meat was spartan. The bread tastes a bit stale. When I order delivery, it's missing a bunch of... stuff I paid for. For example, I ordered a cheese melt that had no cheese on it. I pretty much got a dry loaf of toastedbread. I like the Subway franchise but am greatly disappointed by this store in particular. I wish I could honestly give this no stars . THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE subway experience I?ve EVER had . We walked in and one... Indian jerk ( worker ) said to the other Indian jerk ( worker ) with a chuckle ? haha large crowd ? . We were rushed , weordered our sandwich to our liking and during the WHOLE process they spoke about us in their language , laughing at us . When wewere finally finished ordering the worker let out a sigh of relief because we were finally done ordering ( only ordered 3 subswith minimal toppings ) . We felt like a bother to them . I can?t believe I paid my money to basically get clowned whileordering .
