Super disappointed in this place today. We ordered online for a 12:30 pickup, mind you we had ordered from her about 2 weeks ago... and showed up 5 minutes (FIVE MINUTES) early and got scolded for being early, and they were not ready. Today, they continuedwith the customer ordering, which I was totally fine with and then asked if I was there to pick up. He knew which order it wasand asked if I was waiting on it, which I confirmed. He never said anything to me about it not being ready and just continuedtalking with the other customers. What I did not appreciate is that they gave me a hard time before for being early a few weeksago and now they are acting like its no big deal that they are late. You cannot have it both ways! On top of all of that, theyhave NO CHEESE. I understand that items are limited due to the current situation, totally fine. The issue I have with it is 1 -I wouldn't have know had I not come in and heard him tell another customer and 2 - he never actually told me, made my sandwichesand never said a word. Why doesn't the app that I am ordering on state no cheese? I paid for something that I requestedspecifically and would have altered my order had I known. On top of that, he never even said anything! They used to be very niceand a joy to order from. We will not be back as the past 2 occurrences have been nothing but a disappointment. Read more
Be aware, and NOT order from this store!! Worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant--the manager and the owner are ... alike --rude and no ethics. I really wonder if their raw vegetables are even edible since their ethics are not to the code-theywould not care about spit in the sandwich at this difficult and unusual time. I really sympathize most of the restaurants atthis difficult time and rooting for them, but this store deserved to be out of business 100%. Be aware other restaurants thissame owner owns, and avoid them--Newton, Needham, Avon, Wayland etc. The owner name is N Patel, very wealthy business man whoowns multiple restaurants but ZERO ethics/morale. The Indian lookin lady that prepares the food is very rude and doesn?t understand that much English. I tell her to put the red... wine vinegar and she does puts it but when I tell her to put mayo and chipotle sauce, she completely ignores me and proceedswith the order. The steak is not fresh and the lettuce seems to be old. Overall, my experience with this subway restaurant wasunpleasant. Read more
I know subway is specific on how much cheese or meat you can have on your sandwich. This time I asked for spinach on a 12? sub... and i got 16 little leaves of spinach. We should give this store a zero or negative star if we have that option. We have been to many SUBWAY stores, and they are... usually decent. But this SUBWAY is the worst. The woman owner is mean and abrasive. She is rude and difficult in servingcustomers. They also don?t take valid coupons or participate in promotions offered by the franchise. So I don't generally have high expectations for subway, but this was the best Subway sandwich I've had in a long time. The... biggest thing was the presentation. It looked awesome. If I hadn't mowed through it, I'd show you a picture. The staff wasfriendly and fast, and the store was immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised. Read more
