Stopped by there at 7:45pm on Sunday night and the back door was propped open with a chair out there I could see straight in the... restaurant so I did not want to get food that I ordered because who knows what bug supplies or whatever is coming in and gettingon my food! Received an unwanted email saying that my order was ready despite not placing an order. Millions across the country received... the same email. No explanation from BK. Marketing ploy???? Nope !!! Stopped to eat today, was starving. Lobby was locked, no sign on the door, nothing! The king has become very disappointing.
The associate working were awesome good service and fries were great But don't get that new $5 deal the burger was tasteless... despite the excitement of all the toppings it was horrible. Sorry. Read more
Poor customer service, got our order wrong, went back thru drive thru and instead of fixing the burger they just handed me the... bacon in a box. So by the time I got thru their drive thru and put the missing condiments on my sandwich it was cold. Triedcalling store and couldn't even get thru and no one would answer the phone. Some days when I go here they are great but others they just don't seem to try. Today was one of those bad days. Ordered a... chicken sandwich, 3. 10 pc nuggets 4diet cola and a frappe. I got everything but the chicken looked like it had been fried inmonth old grease and tasted like it too. The 4 diet drinks were not diet either.
