Ordered a large cheesesteak with extra meat & no butter on the grill. 3 different cooks worked on my sandwich, the last one put... an egregious amount of butter and seasoning on it but I was in a hurry so I didn't complain. Sandwich is hot and tasty. Fries are well seasoned and fresh. My only complaint is ordered this hours in advance and sandwich... was cut properly in half and stuck to the paper,so literally had to rip it up to eat it ???? Read more
My last experience over a year ago was not good at this specific location. However this time I have no complaints it was... honestly great. The food was perfect. Probably the best cheese steak I?ve ever had. The employees were all really nice andhelpful as well. I will definitely return to this location. Read more
The cashier was a young man with curly hair and he was the liveliest thing about this location. The location was clean. Parking... was plentiful. There was no ambience when we went. No music - just the sounds of the exhaust hoods and the grill. They workedmethodically and we received the wrong order (which you don?t really know until you get home). I think it?s a busy location. Thefood is always hot. The fries were hot and salted. I just felt like the employees were burnt out and I feel badly for them ifso. It doesn?t always pay to be in the food industry. Read more
2 doordash orders and 1 other order. A total of four orders and they forgot to call my name while I'm staring them down at the... 15 minute mark. For a 13 dollar sandwhich it should be served hot! However at about 20 minutes I was asked my name and was toldthey called me already. I WAS LIED POINT BLANK TO MY FACE. There either needs to be a retrain on how to call a name, or thereneeds to be a new staff that doesn't lie to your face. Mix that with people that keep disappearing to the back when I've beenwaiting 15 minutes for a sandwhich, and then you have this location. Extremely disappointed, was lied to, and I couldn't eveneat my sandwhich at the end when I got home because it was too cold. Absolutely horrible experience, and will be tellingeveryone about it. Jimmy Johns knows how to call a name and they don't take 20 minutes. Jimmy Johns also doesnt serve door dashfirst when your order has been in for 10 minutes before they arrived. Service at this location is always terrible! Only one person actually working while the other 2 joke around while there's a long... line. Ordered online and still waited 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Facility not very clean but the 2 workerslooked worse...they must've picked the dirtiest clothes they could find. Sandwiches were decent except the bread had to be acouple days old already cause it was so hard I almost couldn't eat it. This is why I don't go there often...I think it'll bebetter next time but it never is. Read more
