Terrible customer service! I reserved a shower and it's been 45 minutes since some showers are empty now, but they are not even... paying attention to it. It'st not busy time of the day at all. Staff just walking talking to each other around. They have plentyof time to clean up and give to next customer, but no they don't paying any attention to a shower customer neither to showers.After an hour of reservation one of the employee who's been hanging around doing nothing went to one of the showers and kindacleaned up in 2 minutes!!! I waited an hour to him come and clean up emptied shower literally in 2 minutes! And there is thephoto of the used shower that opened for almost for an hour, and the photo of the toilet after I entered my shower which hasbeen cleaned in 2 minutes. Terrible terrible service. This truck is one of the well maintained place. Showers are super clean smells good. Fuel islands are clean pumps are always... clean polished no diesel spills around like most of the truck stops. Squeegee, fluid in the buckets never saw dirty on thisplace. I mean every little to big stuff is well maintained just came here to appreciate the good work. I stop here 2-3 times aweek i have noticed a tall guy who work on this truck stop I don't know his name but I think most of the credit goes to him. Heis really dedicated to his work and very respectful to drivers the whole staff here is friendly and helpful. Very positiveenvironment m.Keep ur good work up guys???????? Read more
Managers designate someone to park you sue parking crisis and then another manager comes and wakes up drivers yelling and... cursing to move. When told was allowed to park there and wasn?t blocking trucks from getting in or out, he threatened to calltow truck! When tried to confront the manager with how he acted and cursed driver out, he hid in back and called 911 instead ofworking it out! I am one of the nicest drivers out here and even go out my way to help Jack and other workers and feed workersat Mr Fuel sometimes as we have build a relationship to be talked to the way I was talked to tonight! You can?t designate aparking spot then have an over zealous, power hungry manager come and get a driver to move with no time on his clock to drivetruck legally! Especially after being granted permission to park and drive made sure was ok to park before even starting break!Luckily the lovely young lady manager who knows me handled the situation with respect, even after I came in highly upset! Idcwhat position or title you hold, you have no right to talk disrespectful and curse anyone in any business. Workers and patronshave rights to be treated fairly and with respect! Great place friendly staff, but parking is less as this truck stop is small, clean washrooms and showers.
Good gas prices at the time compared to those around it, but far too small. Even whilst trying to avoid people I ended up... brushing shoulders with three people just going to the restroom and back out. Read more
