I ordered my pizza at 4:30 pm.for a 5:30 pm pick, they didn?t make my pizza when I showed up at 5:30 to pick it up. I paid for... the pizza and they then realized they didn?t make. I was a nice customer and said I would be back after I filed up my car atthe gas station. When I returned 30 minutes later I was given my pizza. At this point I am ok however when I got home Idiscovered a rush job in the box and I had to finish cooking it in my own oven. I am surprised I wasn?t offered a discount or afree garlic bread or anything. The point of the story is don?t order ahead of time it will cost you more time and money thanit?s worth. I most likely will not be patronizing this restaurant in the future. Read more
Their pasta sauce is genuinely gross. Overly sweet, watery, and no seasoning. When I asked for Italian Seasoning to put on my... pasta they said they only had oregano. Pasta sauce isn't supposed to be sickly sweet. I tried what was available to fix theflavor and piling on cheese and oregano didn't help. Read more

Really boring pizza. There's no zing to the sauce or spice to the meat toppings. I had to salt my pizza tonight. Who does that?... Disappointed. And, the square cuts are so big, you can barely eat it. I wanted to like this pizsa so much, but it's just blahhh. Read more
We are regular customers of Nayeli's. We get their pizza & I get caesar's salad with fried chicken strips. Pizza is very thin... crust with the works. Never soggy or too gooey. We actually wanted to go to a different restaurant in town at first because of a past bad experience at Nayeli?s. Unfortunately... the other place was closed. The only other restaurant nearby was not great either so we decided on Nayeli?s. We should haveordered the pizza to go but the kids wanted to eat inside. Bad mistake. The place was filthy. Tables, benches, floors. We weretold to seat ourselves. There were 2 tables left very messy after people left so we walked down to some that seemed picked up.Unfortunately they too were disgusting. I wiped the table down with some napkins. We ordered soft drinks but I ordered water. Itdid not just taste like city water but chemicals. Bad. The soft drinks tasted that way too. We ordered loaded nachos as anappetizer and a large pizza. The nachos took a while. They weren?t too bad but very little ingredients accept lettuce and thechips were fried and dripping with grease. When we started eating a beeping noise started. Like an alarm clock sound. It went onforever so my son followed the noise. There was an alarm clock in the men?s bathroom. Weird. It was still beeping when we left.The place should not have been so nasty and the food should not have taken so long. There were no other people in the restaurantbut us and there were 4 people standing around talking in the kitchen. When the pizza finally came, I had it. I asked the girlto box the pizza to go. Instead of bringing the hot, messy pizza to the kitchen to box it for us, she brought the box to thetable. There was barely any room and like I said, the pizza and pan were hot. It was difficult to put in the box where it sat onthe stand. At least the employees were nice. When we got the pizza home, it was good but lots of burnt chunks on the bottom fromwhat I suspect is a dirty oven. Needless to say, this place is not worth our business. I do not recommend. Read more

Food is better than other at times. Has been a few times the order was incorrect The cooks and majority of staff seem very... knowledgeable, and extremely friendly.Have ran into a few new people that seem lost but other staff help them out in a goodmanner. Nice clean establishment. We always come back and are happy to support local. Read more
