Nice selection of food. Lottery too.
Horrible experience first time purchasing food here. The bread for the hot dogs were hard and stale. The French fries were hard... as a rock. First time at this location. They had no more parfaits available and employee never even checked the back to see if they had... more in stock. Lots of empty shelves of things. Dirty mop bucket located in front of sandwich station. Turned off my appetite tobe honest. Small free surface parking lot available. Non helpful customer service. I don't know what it is about this particular Quick Chek, but I've never had satisfactory service here. I live around the... corner, so, it's really a shame I can't rely on this place to grab a quick bite to eat or to get a grab and go coffee. Theymake mistakes with sandwiches. The line for the register can get pretty deep. The second to last time I was there there were 20people waiting to check out. I never had the chance, since as I was waiting to check out, the "deli" ran out of bread. RAN OUTOF BREAD. Tried them again tonight, since I just didn't feel like making dinner. Stupid me, should have checked the sandwichbefore I left the store, since they screwed it up. I don't know why. Quick Chek is usually pretty solid... Wayne, PomptonPlains, Butler... All solid. This location is not up to par with others in regards to the deli. I ordered an english muffin with bacon/cheese only, and was... the only person in the store. The sandwich I received was like someone dipped it in water and then microwaved it 45 seconds toolong. It was soggy, wet, leaky, and the bacon was extremely rubbery. I threw it in the trash right outside the door afteropening it and almost throwing up. Read more
