I didn't even eat anything there, I didn't even talk to anyone. Employees were there and there were no customers inside, there... is even someone standing right near the drive-thru window. No one paid me a lick of attention at the drive thru. Waited therefor about 3 minutes. And then I decided that if this was the amount of attention they paid the customers but I didn't want tofind out how much attention they did to the food. Read more

I generally get the Cajun filet biscuit and add bacon, egg and cheese when I know I'm in for a rough day. It's always good, but... today it was especially great. And the person on drive thru was particularly nice for how early it was. Read more
Worst fast food experience you can have. Unless you like slow with a lot of attitude. Its as if placing an order is an... inconvenience. Whoever owns/manages this location should get out of the food business. Read more
The chicken is delicious but I order the same sandwich about 3 times a week and it is wrong everytime. Bo's chicken sandwich... BLT and they give me chicken bread and two pickles.. still good chicken. The staff friendly. Read more
10:37am May 4, 2022 Order two steaks and a large mash potatoes just now! Come to found out when I went back to the truck to... check my food, my steaks was hard and my mash potatoes was old. You could see the hard parts in the mash was turning yellow! Ithan went back inside to see if I could get some fresher food but the young lady that came from the back said that they onlyprepare one mash potatoes pan a day! I have order this same dinner from other Bojangles and there mash potatoes always be freshno matter what time of the day you go! I asked for a refund, the young lady at the cash register gave me attitude like I wasthe one who serve her bad food! She also gave me my money with attitude! The customer service is VERY poor! No apologies oranything! The place could also use some cleaning in the back! Need better display! Stopped for dinner on Wednesday 3/23/22.. Ordered a 12 piece chicken dinner with the 3 sides. Ordered Cole slaw... they said... they were out. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. Ordered the Bojangles fries Ordered the green beans. Comes with a quart oficed tea. When we get home... what do we have? NO fries....instead a container of Dry Dirty rice....which noone likes and wethrew it in the garbage. One scoop of potatoes and a tiny container of gravy. Green beans Check ?????????? The lady with the green highlight in her hair threw my food on the counter to where the whole bag slid and fell over. She also... greeted me with "what" I also did not eat the sandwich that I purchased because she called it out over the intercom which shedid not do for anyone else. Read more
