Just had the most abysmal takeout experience. We ordered miso soup that arrived maybe 1/3 of the way full in their containers... and about 10 pieces of tofu spread across 4 containers of soup. The pork buns were dry and dense, lacking any sauce. And, to addinsult to injury, my ramen arrived without noodles. For what they?re charging I?d expect at least the bare minimum to be right. Absolute worst dining experience we have ever had. Completely understand places are short staffed and have been out to eat many... times and are always understanding of that. This was an absolutely disaster of an experience where everyone around us promptlyhad orders taken and delivered, while we sat with a hungry 1 year old for over 45 minutes without seeing a server. When weinformed what I assume was a manager, she apologized and said she would send someone out immediately. 15 minutes later I had togo in and just ask for a check for our drinks so we could just get home and feed our daughter dinner. So we left after almostan hour having never been able to even place a dinner order. To try and rectify our miserable experience, we were given anEXPIRED 5 dollar gift card and told we?re only human. Which is absolutely true, but I?ve gotten better service at a packedrestaurant with only one server then I did here with a half full restaurant and at least 4 servers. Read more

The food is good but a bit expensive. The quality helps but $60 for take out for two people is a little steep. This will be more... of a special occasion rather than a once a week type place. Placed our order online and took it home so we didn?t experience thewait staff but the hostesses at the door were quick, efficient, and friendly. I will come back again. Read more
