I AM DONE WITH YOU MARCOS! if I could do zero stars I would. They said pickup time would be 7:00. When I arrived, there were 15... people sitting and waiting like it was the gate and we were ready to board a plan. There was no one at the front counter andthey ignored the customers. After 40 minutes, they told me I had 10 minutes more to wait so I decided to stay as many weregetting their refunds out of disgust. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, the employee said it would take 20 minutes more. Ihad to cancel as my family was starving and it was over an hour delay at this point. THANKS FOR RUINING OUR FRIDAY NIGHTMARCO'S! Stop answering the phone and taking orders if you cannot handle the workload. Awful customer experience. By far the best around for the price and delivery times. Pizza was yummy and delivery was FAST. 20 minutes to the door after... ordering on a Saturday night. Try the White Cheezy it's soo good. Read more
This place has good food but every time I order here they mess up my order and always forget items ??? Most of the mess up... orders are from delivery and they still charge us extra for it even when we payed for it the first time. Garlic butter is greatbut I never get it with my order even though I ask for it every time. When I ask for extras they only give me one anyways soit?s not worth asking for it. Read more
First time ever having Marcos and was pleasantly surprised. Sauce taste was very similar to Dominos which I liked. Crust had a... nice chew to it and was cooked perfectly. Only thing I would say was that the crust was a little bland in comparison tocompetitors but I think I saw the ability to customize that on the site, so maybe I just missed am opportunity to do so. This is a brand new Marco's Pizza that has opened on highway 41 in Mount Pleasant. I stopped in to do a carry-out order and it... is clear that they are new and everyone is still learning. it look like they had a lot of new staff that they were training. The store was clean and everyone was very friendly. They were super busy so I had to wait a bit but the pizza was delicious. Ithad plenty of toppings and was good and hot. hopefully the pizza stays this good after they've been open a while. Read more
Delivered over 30 minutes late. Food was cold. Really quite terrible, probably wouldn?t be better fresh anyways. Literally like... a dominos knock off. Some of the worst pizza I?ve ever had. Read more
