Been bad for over a year. Yup, still bad. Make sure to order an hour ahead of time, even if its pick up.
Door dash never showed up with my pizza. I called the store and talked to Robert. I'm giving them(him) 5 stars for customer... service. Robert answered after hours and sent me another pizza on the house. Very professional. He even offered to bring it tome himself! This man is going places. Read more
Avoid this location at all costs! You will wait FOREVER for your pizza, and they will probably deliver it to the wrong address... and just leave it there outside on the ground without the simple courtesy of a phone call. Every other location in the city isbetter than this one. Read more
Ordered a pizza last week, it arrived an hour and a half later. Ice cold, no garlic sauce or peppers. And the pizza wasn?t even... cut. I immediately emailed corporate and got zero response. I would give it zero stars. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas on Sunday Feb 20 and it took three hours for delivery. I live 10 min from the store. On the papa Johns app... you don?t get an estimated delivery time until after you pay. The original estimate was 90 minutes. I tried calling the store12 times and no one answered. There is no way to cancel orders after they are placed. Order NY style large pizza. Took 2 hours to get 1 pizza. Not to mention we ordered half pineapple and half mushroom(literally... counted 4 pieces of each on the pizza!). Do not order from here?plenty of better places! Read more
Beyond horrible service. Dont waste your time or money here. It took over an hour and a half for someone to tell me where my... food was and I had to call corporate. Pizza is 30 minutes late and no one at the store will pick up the phone after those 30MINUTES. I was hung up on twice but no one actually spoke to me. Take your business literally anywhere else unless you dont mindwaiting over 2 hours for pizza and ignored by the store. Read more
The worst run business in history. I occasionally have to order here because it's takeout pizza for the kids. Orders arrive 2... hours after the order is placed. The wrong items get delivered. And most recently, all of those plus they refused to refund mefor a pizza they didn't deliver. Run. Read more
