Ordered 1 Soft Taco. It was served cold and hard. I asked for a refund and they said I can?t get a refund because they?d get in... trouble. I said Taco was COLD they stuck their fingers inside the taco and said ?meat is warm? ?I?m not refunding thisa-hole? THEY STUCK THEIR FINGERS INSIDE THE TACO AND TRIED TO GIVE IT BACK horrible location, horrible employees, horribleexperience. Read more

1pm on a Monday and the doors for the lobby are locked. No signage saying that lobby is closed, nothing online saying the lobby... is closed. Forcing those of us with tall vehicles to go elsewhere. Read more

Do not even bother. This location is a waste of time. The dining room is never open. Weekdays, weekends does not matter. The... dinning room is always closed. They will not put a sign on the door saying dining room is closed or lock the door either. If Iwant to dine in, I usually drive to Coleman Blvd. location. Service and food quality is much better there too. Read more

Their hours were originally until 9pm but now Taco Bell?s website has posted they should be open till 12am. We arrived at 8:22pm... which is before their original hours and the employee advised they are closed. I asked aren?t they supposed to be opened till 9and she proceed to tell me they closed at 8pm. This is the 4th time in 6 months that they have been closed early when we havearrived. I can only imagine how many other times they do this a week and they are almost always out of major items such aschicken, cheese, lettuce and chalupa shells. I would highly recommend avoiding this location. Read more

I actually feel sorry for this franchise owner and the restaurant manager. It is sad to have to invest in a business and then... find almost worthless employees. I was the second person in the door and there were about three cars in the drive through. Placed my order at the kiosk. Nothing difficult, complicated or customized. It took almost 30 minutes to get my one item. Theperson in front of me got tired of waiting and finally asked for a refund and left. One person was hustling- the manager. Theother six I could see were either standing around or moving in slow motion- ultra slow motion. It was the manager who wasstepping in and moving to get the orders out. If these employees are getting $15 an hour they are way, way overpaid. The fooditem itself was actually pretty decent and the reason for the second star. Read more

Worst location ever! They are always out of some type of menu item or product. My wife only eats hard shell tacos. They were out... of hard shell tacos and cups. Those are 2 major items to run out of. Last week I tried to get some food from this location andthe fryers were down. It's always something with them.I have given them more chances than they deserve because they are theclosest location. Never again. I will take an extra 10 minute drive to the one by the Isle of Palms Connector. They are muchbetter. Read more
