Just save yourself the aggravation of the bad service and go across the street to bagel tree for hot coffee. Bagel tree is much... cheaper, has great coffee, you pour & sweeten it yourself, and the staff are lovely. Read more
The customer service at this Dunkin is awful. Is it really to much for you to say hello, good morning, good afternoon? Do you... really hate your job that much? I appreciate the people working, but I don't appreciate bad customer service. Unfortunately, this is the closest Dunkin to my home. I've had several poor experiences at this location. 1) I was once told... that there wasn't enough staff to make food. Once I reached the window there were 4 employees visible to make just drinks.Simply, unacceptable. 2) I ordered two power breakfast sandwiches, before the discontinue, and both sandwiches were missing theturkey sausage. Needless to say, I did not take the time to unwrap each sandwich to check inside...nor should I have had to. 3)Many times, I've ordered food and drinks and been handed the drink only and told to have a good day. They walked away from thewindow, returning later to ask either what I'm waiting for or not even realizing I'm the same person and stating the total ofthe next car.
