Just save yourself the aggravation of the bad service and go across the street to bagel tree for hot coffee. Bagel tree is much... cheaper, has great coffee, you pour & sweeten it yourself, and the staff are lovely. Read more

The customer service at this Dunkin is awful. Is it really to much for you to say hello, good morning, good afternoon? Do you... really hate your job that much? I appreciate the people working, but I don't appreciate bad customer service. I will now drivepast this dunkin on my way to work and go to another location that are friendlier to their customers even if it's out of my way. Read more

Unfortunately, this is the closest Dunkin to my home. I've had several poor experiences at this location. 1) I was once told... that there wasn't enough staff to make food. Once I reached the window there were 4 employees visible to make just drinks.Simply, unacceptable. 2) I ordered two power breakfast sandwiches, before the discontinue, and both sandwiches were missing theturkey sausage. Needless to say, I did not take the time to unwrap each sandwich to check inside...nor should I have had to. 3)Many times, I've ordered food and drinks and been handed the drink only and told to have a good day. They walked away from thewindow, returning later to ask either what I'm waiting for or not even realizing I'm the same person and stating the total ofthe next car. I ordered two hot cappuccinos after I ordered it she told me her steamer was broken and couldn't make them so she offered the... iced cappuccino. But she didn't offer the discount for the $3 cappuccino lattes she said that the iced cappuccino was not partof the program she wouldn't scan my app then she wanted to charge me $11 for one cappuccino and one latte cold. In the future ifyour machine is broken you should have offered the cold ones at the same price I am the customer and customers are always rightI will never go back again maybe the owner or the manager of this establishment should teach his work is better customer servicein the future but I won't go back there to find out there are other Dunkin' donuts so far the best ones on route 94 in Hamburgand that's where I went Read more

On 11/27/2021 at 11:00am I ordered through the drive-thru. The employee who took the order had an attitude taking my order. I... get my order and all my drinks are wrong. They didn?t give me one of the wraps so I went in to tell them of the mistake. I wasimmediately attracted buy one girl with long brown hair and glasses and a maroon shirt. She told me I didn?t order that wrap andI told her I did. Instead of apologizing and correcting it she verbally attacked me. Telling me I was rude to her when orderingin the drive thru. I told them they had messed up my whole order and I?m only trying to get my wrap. I walked out and got myaunt who was with me and told her how horrible and disrespectful they were being towards me. We both went in and we were bothattacked but the same girl and then another girl with raggy dark hair chimes in as well giving attitude. The customer servicewas the worst service I ever experienced in my life. I will be calling to talk to the manager. Read more

I don't seem to understand what it is with ordering. This is the third time I've placed an order and only gotten partial of what... I ordered. This time was a coffee roll that was missing. By the time I got to work, it was too late to go back. When some ofthese people enter my place of business, I treat them with respect and cater to them, even when they want everything for free.Should I forget to give them something, they'd be up one side of my business and down the other. I'm tired of trying to hidebehind backing the local businesses if they are going to keep doing things like this. This DD establishment went downhill andtheir laziness in fulfilling the customer's order completely is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. If you tack on their lack of"decent" customer service, you get a DD that I'd rather drive to Hamburg for. We as a community should be making sure eachcustomer is greeted with the utmost courtesy and taken care of where they leave complete and content. This DD fails at bothnow. Whatever happened, it needs to be gutted and reworked to fix their problems. I'm tired of getting back online over and overbecause you can get orders correct. Learn how to run a business for the people like me who spend money at YOURestablishment... ..unless you don't need OUR money. Read more
