They do not follow directions when you order from the computer. We ordered toasted, buttered rolls. They were not toasted and... they had 3 inches thick of butter. We asked for a manager and it took a long time for her to come. When she did, she wastrying to blame us for not ordering correctly when clearly it said it right on the ticket. She would not refund all sandwiches. Customer services is terrible and they could care less trying to blame Customer rather than taking responsibility. Read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches there and the one I got for me they accidentally put lettuce on and it looked like they forgot the shredded... cheese I asked for and it looked like in an attempt to remove the lettuce before hanging me the sandwich they took most of thecheese off as well. I saw this when I got home so I went back and when I said hey you guys messed up my sandwich the guylooked at it and said oh yeah we noticed this and tried taking off the lettuce. I asked about the cheese and he just showed theone side where it looks like when they went to take off the lettuce they took most of the cheese off instead of fixing it theygave me attitude. I?m never getting food from this quick check again as I never get this kind of service from any of the others. Read more
